About these terms

These terms apply to your use of homewoodvideowall.com and to any video wall rental booked through it. Homewood Video Wall is a service of Home Video Studio. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Each rental is also governed by the rental agreement you sign in your booking portal; if the two conflict, the signed rental agreement controls.

Using the website

The website is provided for information and booking. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in secure and for activity under your account.

Reservations and deposit

• A date is reserved only after the $500 deposit is received, or after we approve a purchase-order request.
• Unpaid holds are released automatically after the hold period shown at checkout.
• The deposit is credited toward your total rental price.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
• Prices are listed in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a reservation. Date changes depend on availability. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your signed rental agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, venue access for load-in and teardown, a safe and level setup area, and suitable power (or request a generator in advance).
• Obtain any venue permissions or permits your event requires.
• Only upload media you own or have the rights to display. You are responsible for the content shown on the wall.
• Do not move, adjust or operate the equipment except as directed by our on-site technician. You are responsible for damage caused by guests or others at your event, beyond normal wear.

Our responsibilities

We deliver, install, operate and remove the video wall for the reserved time, with an on-site technician, as described in your package. We review uploaded media and may decline content that is unlawful, infringing or unsuitable to display.

Weather and circumstances beyond our control

For outdoor events, our technician may pause or stop operation if wind, rain, lightning or other conditions make it unsafe. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, power outages, or venue or government restrictions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or event costs.

Communications and newsletter

We send booking-related messages needed to deliver your rental. Our newsletter is sent only to people who confirm their consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect reservations already confirmed.
