Browsing this website does not require you to give us any personal information, and we collect none before you enter into a contracted business agreement with us. When you create an account to reserve the video wall, we collect only what is needed to complete that agreement:

• Your name, email address, phone number and company name
• Event details such as date, venue address and audience size
• Media files you upload for your event
• Payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

No cookies or tracking

We do not use cookies in any way: no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. Your browser may store small settings locally on your device, such as your chosen language, light or dark mode, and your sign-in session if you have an account. These stay on your device and are not used to track you.

How we use your information

Information you provide is used only to deliver the rental you booked: scheduling, installation, on-site support, invoicing and communication about your event. It is never sold, rented or otherwise distributed to third parties. We may use your email address to reply to messages you send us. We share information only with service providers that help us run the booking (such as secure hosting and payment processing), and only as needed for that purpose.

Newsletter

Our quarterly newsletter is sent only to people who have opted in through a consent confirmation. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. After you unsubscribe, you will not receive further newsletters.

Keeping your information

We keep booking records for as long as needed to fulfill the agreement and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time using the contact details below.

Our commitment to children's privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never knowingly collect or maintain information from anyone under 13, and no part of our website is designed to attract anyone under 13.
